Story: The law in Washington State for youth booster seat use has changed. As of June 2007, if you are 4'9" or 8 years old you have to use a booster seat.
The Center for Childhood Safety at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital approached me with an issue of how to get children ages 4-6 years old excited about using a booster seat.
