"Careers as Unique as You" is the tagline for nurse and employee recruitment at MultiCare Health System.
The web site structure and design have many challenging elements; short videos that need to be integrated, as well as a new candidate application system software integration, and a varied audience that will be using the website. Ease of use and engaging content are key to the success of this website.
My role was to convert the print campaign to an engaging digital media campaign. I directed and produced and assisted with art direction.
The outcome is an easy to use, compelling and unique interactive story to engage job seekers.
